Founded in 1999, Brightcom Group, is a digital marketing firm, which handles various clients worldwide. The holdings through promoters decremented from 39.14% to 36.72%, from Mar’20 quarter to Jun’20 quarter; and that through public grew from 60.86% to 63.28%. Differences in public shareholding patterns of the two quarters, are as follows:
Increase in shareholding % – Non-Resident Indians (NRI) rose their bet from 10.37% to 11.27%. Bodies Corporate grew the stakes from 10.30% to 13.04%. AKG Finvest Private Limited almost doubled the values from 2.58% to 4.92%. UNO Metals Limited extended the parts from 4.07% to 4.92%. Clearing Members magnified the holdings from 0.17% to 0.75%.
Decrease in shareholding % – Foreign Venture Capital Investors (OAK INDIA INVESTMENTS) reduced the stakes from 7.01% to 3.64%. Foreign Portfolio Investors down-stepped the holdings from 0.24% to 0.23%. The number of shareholders with Individual share capital up to Rs. 2 Lacs grew from 27,795 to 41,138 and the values decreased from 11.32% to 8.44%. The parts of Individuals with share capital excess of Rs. 2 Lacs went from 21.09% to 21.03%. Praveen Khurana lowered the bet from 1.13% to 1.08%. Priya Prakash lessened the value from 3.99% to 3.74%. Prabhakar Reddy Narapa Reddy went from 1.15% to 1.10%. Trusts reduced the bet from 0.31% to 0.14%.
Identical shareholding % in both the quarters- Financial Institutions/ Banks at 0.00%, Central Government/ State Government(s)/ President of India at 0.00%, NBFCs registered with RBI at 0.00%, and Employees at 0.04%.
The number of public shareholders enlarged from 28,931 to 42,477. Among the promoters, the family members reduced the holdings from 14.17% to 13.30%; and the foreign individuals lowered the stakes from 19.31% to 18.12%.
