Shareholders having Individual share capital up to Rs. 2 Lacs increased in number from 50,702 to 62,382; and the percentage upgraded from 2.71% to 2.75%. The Foreign Portfolio Investors decremented the value from 32.65% to 30.94%. Arisaig Global Emerging Markets Consumer Fund (Singapore) Ltd reduced from 1.84% to 1.74%. The Financial Institutions/ Banks minimized to 0.01% from 0.06%. The Central Government/ State Government(s)/ President of India lowered the stakes from 0.44% to 0.41%. Shareholders with Individual share capital in excess of Rs. 2 Lacs lowered in number from 10 to 6 and the holdings contracted from 0.33% to 0.22%. The Bodies Corporate lowered the bet from 1.50% to 1.32%.
Unaltered shareholding % – Gaoling Fund, L.P at 1.67%, NBFCs registered with RBI at 0.00%, The Trusts at 0.69%, HUF at 0.07% and Foreign Portfolio Investor (Category – III) at 0.00% had unaltered values from Dec’19 to Mar’20.
ICICI Prudential Balanced Advantage Fund might have entered as a new shareholder or have raised above 1.00% to appear in March’20 quarter at 1.26%. Arohi Emerging Asia Master Fund and Derive Trading And Resorts Private Limited might have exited or sunk below 1.00% in the March quarter; they held about 1.32% and 1.04% respectively in December quarter. The no. of public shareholders enlarged from 54,391 to 66,767.
