The Isuzu Motors Limited, an auto manufacturing company which has a numerous production plant range of Isuzu D-Max pick-up trucks, Sports Utility Vehicle (SUV) in different parts of India. The company has an established network of 43 dealer outlets in India-like Delhi, Jaipur, Mumbai, Chennai, Madurai, Ahmedabad, Madurai, Lucknow so on.

In the beginning of the year, 2020, Isuzu Motors India introduced a new 3s(Sales, Service and Spares) facility of Torque ISUZU in Mehsana. The utility of the 3s serves a major purpose on the dealers and customers of Gujarat. The 3s outlet of Torque has allocated nearly six locations in Gujarat and set up at an area of 8000 sq.ft approximately, with offering seamless access to the utility of relevant Vehicles build in D-Max platform.

The company’s vice president, Mr Takeshi Hirano, said “we have always remained committed on delivering the right product and right service at all times. The D-Max pick-ups have gained strong traction in the state of Gujarat, thanks to its versatility and performance. We are happy to open another important touch-point of Torque ISUZU in Gujarat that will address the growing demand for our range of utility vehicles”.
The impact of COVID-19 pandemic has hold-off the launch of the new initiative plan of the Company to inaugurate BS-VI range of vehicles, in the second quarter of Financial Year 2020-2021.

The Company has scheduled and announced to its customers about the services. ISUZU Motors Ltd. has extended the warranty service of its operative vehicles until May 2020. The Company also said, all existing vehicles that were due for maintenance periodically during March 15, 2020, can be further extended till the end week of May 2020.
The Company has retarded its production of vehicles and dealer service all around the World. The company further took safety precautions towards the COVID-19 pandemic.
