Decrease in shareholding % – The overall percentage of Mutual funds reduced from 20.12% to 19.17%. ADITYA BIRLA SUN LIFE TRUSTEE PRIVATE LIMITED A/C ADITYA BIRLA SUN LIFE EQUITY HYBRID ’95 FUND decremented from 1.80% to 1.39%. L & T MUTUAL FUND TRUSTEE LTD- L & T INFRASTRUCTURE FUND lowered its stakes from 3.55% to 3.40%. The shareholders’ count for Individual share capital up to Rs. 2 Lacs rose up from 44,171 to 44,424 and its percentage lessened from 10.39% to 10.12%. There were total 11 shareholders with Individual share capital in excess of Rs. 2 Lacs who contracted their holdings from 6.53% to 6.28%.
Unchanged shareholding % – DSP SMALL CAP FUND at 4.53%, Venture Capital Funds at 0.01%, LGOF GLOBAL OPPORTUNITIES LIMITED at 1.89%, the Financial Institutions/ Banks at 0.03%, Central Government/ State Government(s)/ President of India at 0.00%, the Trusts at 0.26%, GOPICHAND PARMANAND HINDUJA at 1.89% and FINOLEX INDUSTRIES LIMITED at 14.53% maintained their holdings in both the quarters of Dec’19 and Mar’20.
HDFC LIFE INSURANCE COMPANY LIMITED might have entered as a new shareholder or have rose above 1.00% to appear in the March quarter at 1.95%. LEELA RAMCHAND CHHABRIA and ANIL RAMCHAND CHHABRIA were at 1.17% and 3.12% respectively in the December quarter. The number of public shareholders widened from 47,553 to 47,710.
