Amansa Holdings lowered the bet to 3.56% in ZEE Entertainment | Jun’20 qtr

One of the prominent media houses in India, Zee Entertainment Enterprises Limited, produces variety of the entertaining content for a vast range of audiences. In both the quarters of March 2020 and June 2020, the holdings through its promoters and the public shareholders were stable at 4.77% and 95.23% respectively. The alterations in the public shareholding patterns of the two consecutive quarters, are as follows:

Increase in shareholding % – Smallcap World Fund, Inc upgraded the parts from 2.23% to 2.39%. Government Pension Fund Global rose the value from 1.25% to 1.55%. Financial Institutions/ Banks incremented the bet from 5.03% to 5.16%. The number of shareholders with Individual share capital up to Rs. 2 Lacs magnified from 1,74,586 to 2,48,250 and the parts grew from 2.96% to 4.45%. Individuals with share capital in excess than Rs. 2 Lacs extended their bet from 0.03% to 0.23%. Bodies Corporate up-trended the value from 1.20% to 1.37%. Clearing Members went from 0.41% to 0.67%. HUF up-stepped from 0.09% to 0.12%. Non-Resident Indians rose from 0.48% to 0.51%.

Decrease in shareholding % – Mutual Funds reduced the stakes from 4.45% to 3.77%. SBI ETF Nifty 50 decremented the value from 2.03% to 1.65%. Foreign Portfolio Investors reported a reduction in the holding from 68.27% to 67.32%. Government Of Singapore lowered the investment from 6.19% to 5.99%. Amansa Holdings Private Limited went from 3.71% to 3.56%. Vanguard Total International Stock Index Fund lessened the parts from 1.63% to 1.51%. Virtus Vontobel Emerging Markets Opportunities Fund decreased the bet from 2.11% to 1.29%. Vanguard Emerging Markets Stock Index Fund, A Series Of Vanguard International Equity Index Funds went from 1.37% to 1.17%. Insurance Companies went from 1.42% to 0.75%.

Identical shareholding % in both the quarters – Alternate Investment Funds at 0.01%; Invesco Oppenheimer Developing Markets Fund at 7.74%. Monetary Authority Of Singapore at 2.77%. Schroder International Selection Fund Asian Opportunities at 1.05%. Life Insurance Corporation Of India at 4.89%. Central Government/ State Government(s)/ President of India at 0.15%. NBFCs registered with RBI at 0.00%. IEPF at 0.03%. Trusts at 0.57%. OFI Global China Fund LLC at 10.14%.

City Of New York Group Trust might have entered the pattern or have grown above 1.00% in the June quarter to 1.21%. Vontobel India Fund might have exited the pattern or dipped below 1.00% in June quarter; it was at 1.01% in the former quarter. The number of public shareholders soared up from 1,81,580 to 2,56,103.
