No. of shareholders for Individual share capital in excess of Rs. 2 Lacs came down from 31 to 30 along with the shares reducing from 1.70% to 1.63%. The Bodies Corporate held 1.89% in December 2019 quarter which reduced to 1.68%.
Unaltered (Stable) public shareholdings- HDFC Trustee Company Ltd – A/C HDFC Mid – Cap opportunities Fund (1.81%), Foreign Bank (0.00%), Central Government/ State Government(s)/ President of India (0.00%), NBFCs registered with RBI (0.02%), Trusts (0.00%), Foreign Nationals (0.00%) and Non-Resident Indian (NRI) (0.49%) maintain the holdings as in the December 2019 quarter.
